  • Rosemary:

    Rosemary is a well-known culinary herb which has been useful for treating various ailments from headaches to digestive disorders. Rosemary boosts 2 active ingredients rosemarinic and caffeic acid, both are potent antioxidants which are responsible for its therapeutic effects. Including rosemary in the diet can help provide benefit to the cardiovascular function as it helps improves the flow of blood and lowers blood pressure and high cholesterol levels.
