Moreover, Shrimps carry saturated fats in lower quantity but is a rich source of omega 3 fatty acids which is very beneficial for the good health of your heart. If shrimp is taken in light form like by grilling, steaming or cooking it in some unsaturated fat like olive oil and seasoned with lemon juice then it will transform into a much healthy dish.
