What Causes Low HDL Cholesterol In Children

High-density lipoprotein (HDL) is considered as the good cholesterol which is found the blood of your child. The normal level of this cholesterol is around 60 mg but it should not be less than 40mg in your child’s body. It is necessary to maintain the proper levels of cholesterol in the body other it can result in a coronary disease in your child.     Lack of proper work out on a regular basis can also result in the lowering of the HDL levels in your child’s body.

  • Obesity:

    Excessive weight of your child can also result in the lowering of the HDL levels in the body. It is because obesity is directly linked with the lowering of the HDL levels.

  • Deficiency Of Vitamins In The Body:
