It enters the cells and mimics insulin compound thereby controlling the fluctuating blood sugar levels. 
  • Another study was made by researchers of Maryland on 60 diabetic patients. They were supplemented with 1 to 3 capsules a day for a period of 40 days. It was observed that blood sugar levels in these diabetics dropped to around 18 to 29%. Not only blood sugar levels were lowered, but even the triglyceride levels lowered to about 23 to 30% in fat cells. Simultaneously the bad cholesterol levels were dropped from 7 to 27%.
