Natural Statin Alternatives

Statins are the prescribed medications for high cholesterol levels in the bloodstream. Altered cholesterol levels in the body happen due to many factors that can be treated through statins. Research studies show that

Red Yeast Rice

  • Red yeast rice is a fermented product of rice by yeast. It is used as a natural alternative to treat cholesterol for many years. It contains monacolins that is good for maintaining the cholesterol levels.
