  • Beware trans fats

: Limit your intake of foods which contain hydrogenated, partially hydrogenated or trans fats. Foods such as hard margarine, cookies, cakes, fried foods, snack foods, crackers, pastries, baked goods, donuts and other foods made with these types of fat are to be eaten less.
