If you are overweight, there is higher risk of getting heart disease and strokes. Regular exercise will help you to raise the good cholesterol level (HDL) and lower the bad cholesterol level (LDL). One of the most important secondary causes of high cholesterol is diet. We need to understand that the liver produces the cholesterol required by our body.
